David Meyers

David J. Meyers is an Associate Professor of Health Services, Policy and Practice at the Brown University School of Public Health, where he also directs the PhD program in Health Services Research.

A health services researcher and health economist, he studies payment and delivery reform in the Medicare program, with a focus on Medicare Advantage payment policy, risk-score coding, provider networks, and care for dually eligible beneficiaries. He recently testified before Congress on curbing overpayments in Medicare Advantage.
