Rahul Rekhi

Previously, he was a Managing Director at Lazard in New York, where he became the firm's youngest-ever partner, led healthcare technology banking, and advised on $200 billion in M&A and other transactions. As a policymaker and regulator, Rahul has served at the U.S. Treasury Department, the White House, the World Bank, and in the UK Department of Health where he worked on a range of issues at the intersection of markets and policy, including health economics, international finance, and investment policy. Rahul's work across financial markets, government, and technology has been recognized by the World Economic Forum, the French-American Foundation, Atlantik-Brücke, the Economic Club of New York, and the Harry S Truman Foundation. He has authored articles, policy briefs, and book chapters on a range of finance and policy issues. Rahul earned graduate degrees from Oxford and LSE in engineering and economics as a Marshall Scholar.
